Chibs Okereke is a Stress and Burnout Specialist, Meditation Teacher and Accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator. He is also Co-Founder of Finding EQUILIBRIUM, and the creator of the EQu System of Mindfulness. Chibs provides individuals and organisations with tools to reduce the risk of Burnout, and he helps individuals recover from burnout. After a severe burnout, Chibs stepped down from his role as CEO of a multimillion-dollar business to give him the space to recover. Mindfulness Meditation began as a tool he would use to help with his Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Burnout. Today, it is a tool to help him focus, get things done, and enjoy the good things in his life. Chibs is an Accredited Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Coach, and the University of Massachusetts Medical School curriculum he teaches has the backing of over four decades of scientific research.
