About this Experience
Have you ever thought of a correlation between mindful eating and team performance? As we usually eat on autopilot, we fail to tap into our five senses and fail to forge deeper connections with others. In our sessions, you will learn to make eating a deeply rooted sensory experience. What to bring
- Your meal or snacks to join the mindful eating session (anything to eat is fine but you may feel more comfortable if you will bring something healthier like bread or salad or healthy snacks! Quantity: We eat 6-15 bites together)
