About this Experience
Audra shares her passion, knowledge and skill in the art of making dumplings and other dim sum delights, the way she learnt from decades of watching, folding and crimping with her mother. This is a great fun class for yum cha lovers to unveil their inner creativity! - 1 teaspoon
- Steamer or similar
- Non-stick fry pan with lid
- Spatula
- 2 x 20cm non-stick seamless cake tin
- Access to stove
