In this workshop we focus on flexibility and functional mobility, which is your ability to move in your environment safely, whilst preventing injury. Whether you’re recovering from a hamstring injury, suffer regularly with a stiff back or neck, or need some more hip mobility to improve your squat - this class is for everyone, no matter your age or flexibility.
