About this Experience
We will begin the session with a written or thoughtful reflection, followed by a breathing meditation to calm the nervous system. We will take some time to explore the science behind stress and anxiety in the mind and body and how we can use movement, breath, and stillness to release physical tension and discomfort. Jennison will then guide you through a nourishing yin yoga practice of floor-based postures (no standing required today!). We will hold these stretches and postures…
