Over 4 weeks, we introduce you to the main areas of Mindfulness through weekly sessions with accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) specialist, and burnout coach, Chibs. This Month of Mindfulness includes 4 x 45 minute sessions with your team of up to 100.
